5.0 out of 5 stars Easy and tasty I didn't see what the huge appeal was, but then I got into espresso drinking and wanted a high-end espresso machine. I couldn't afford that yet so went for this and it's surprisingly good! It's also such less fuss, quick and easy so I think that even when I get my espresso machine that costs like 20 x more, I will still keep this, maybe for my work desk!

I’ve had bigger Nespressos with the aerochino and honestly I don’t miss it at all. The only minor thing is that the coffee is not super hot when it’s done, so if you don’t add warm milk, then the coffee is on the cooler side. The water tank hooks don't sit into the grooves on the machine which is bit annoying, so it leans backward.The lungo feature on my last Nespresso machine (with the same volume of water tank) filled a coffee cup in two pushes. This takes FOUR presses. Annoying.

4.0 out of 5 stars Decent machine First of all, I realised that I don't really enjoy Nespresso. They lack an actual coffee flavour and aroma. I haven't found any other brand that is better though. The machine itself is decent enough but makes a lot of noise. I have it in my office and my colleagues know when I'm having coffee because my whole desk shakes. I prefer it to having instant coffee but I still order coffee frequently because it is just not the same. One person found this helpful

I approached Nespresso company for the technical support (as it is said on the product page: you have 2 years warranty and you need to contact Nespresso directly!!!). Nespresso is not recognising this seller, so in fact you don't have a warranty and the information on this page is fake. And the technical check will cost 250 AED.
